9. Account means a unique account created for you to access the Service.

10. User Content means content that you submit or upload including product reviews, comments, photos, and profile details.

4. User Content and Reviews

4.1 Your responsibilities

1. You are solely responsible for your User Content. Do not post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or harmful material.

2. Do not post content that contains viruses or tracking without disclosure, or that violates rights of others.

4.2 License you grant to us

1. By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

2. You represent that you own your User Content or have the necessary rights to grant this license.

4.3 Moderation

1. We may monitor, edit, refuse, or remove User Content at our discretion where we believe it violates these Terms or the law.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

1. The Service and its original content including text, images, graphics, visual design, logos, trademarks, product names, user interfaces, software, data compilations, and all intellectual property are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

2. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5.2 Limited license

1. We grant you a limited, non transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for personal and lawful purposes.

6. Feedback and Suggestions

1. If you send ideas, proposals, or feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or obligation.

2. You waive any claim to compensation or attribution for our use of feedback.

7. Purchases, Orders, and Pricing

7.1 One time purchases

1. By placing an Order you are offering to buy products on these Terms. We may accept or reject any Order.

2. We will email confirmation when an Order is accepted.

7.2 Pricing and availability

1. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an Order is submitted. If a correction affects your Order we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

7.3 Taxes, duties, and shipping

1. Prices may exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated. You are responsible for applicable amounts.

7.4 Payment processing

1. Payments are processed by third party providers. Card details are submitted directly to them and are not stored on our servers.

2. Your purchase is subject to the processor’s terms and privacy policy.

7.5 Risk and title

1. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Title passes upon our receipt of full payment.

7.6 Returns and refunds

1. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy if available. If not posted, contact [email protected] within the stated return window on your invoice.

2. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging unless defective.

8. Subscriptions

8.1 Subscription products

1. We may offer recurring subscriptions such as a monthly incense plan that ships automatically until canceled.

8.2 Billing and renewal

1. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the recurring fee at the start of each billing cycle, usually monthly, until you cancel.

2. Prices may change. We will provide reasonable advance notice and the change will apply to the next renewal.

8.3 Cancellation

1. You may cancel at any time from your Account or by contacting [email protected].

2. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date stated in your Account or in your order confirmation.

3. Fees already paid are non refundable unless required by law or our Refund Policy.

8.4 Failed payments

1. If a payment fails, we may retry, suspend shipments, or cancel the Subscription.

9. Promotions, Coupons, Contests, and Sweepstakes

9.1 Promotions and coupons

1. Promotions may be subject to additional terms. If there is a conflict, the promotion terms apply.

2. Coupons are single use unless stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire.

9.2 Contests and sweepstakes

1. Contests and sweepstakes will have official rules that govern eligibility, entry, prizes, and how personal data is handled.

2. Where required by law we will publish or provide the official rules.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any law or regulation.

2. Interfere with security or integrity of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

12. Electronic Communications and Notices

1. You consent to receive communications from us electronically including emails, notices on the Website, and messages to your Account.

2. For marketing emails you can unsubscribe at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination and Suspension

1. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse.

2. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

14. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim or 100 USD if you have not made any purchase.

3. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

15. Warranties Disclaimer

1. The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non infringement.

2. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, or free of harmful components, or that information will be accurate or reliable.

16. Indemnification

1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia without regard to conflict of laws rules.

2. If you have any dispute, contact us first to try to resolve it informally.

3. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Malaysia which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.

18. For EU Consumers

1. If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

19. United States Legal Compliance

1. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and you are not on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

20. Severability and Waiver

1. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to achieve the objective to the greatest extent possible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

2. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

21. Translation Interpretation

1. If we provide a translation, the English version will control in case of a dispute.

22. Changes to These Terms

1. We may modify these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or a notice on the Service.

2. By continuing to access or use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
